Outsourcing to the customers

Outsourcing is a way of transfering the execution of some operations to an external service provider. When the delegation of operations concerns customers, we talk about “Outsourcing to the customers”.
Indeed, the purpose of the outsourcing became a kind of business for firms : they have the opportunity to spend less money in the production and they reach the customer. He has the impression that he creates, he realizes something, that he is the one who decide.
It’s true that the customer decides but it’s also his responsability.
Great society such as the SNCF uses its kind of outsourcing, but we also find it in very little firms. For example, some restaurants propose the clients to compose themselves their salads; the customer is more involved in his food and he has the power of chosing.
It’s really valorising to know that you can control something, it belongs to the consumption society and therefore individualism.
Nevertheless, the customer asume the whole responsability for everything he buys. It will be impossible for him to complain about their tickets or the taste of the salad they’ve made!

Tweety Twitter

A twitter is a social network that enables you to say what you're doing whenever and wherever you want. It's a kind of microblogging. You invite your friends to share your activities and theirs. The purpose of a twitter is to know where you are and what you are doing day by day.
It works thanks to very short messages that you can send from your phone or by mail on your twitter that people can visit at any time. It's a funny way of keeping touch with your friends.
Twitter began in 2006 in San Francisco in the start up "Obvious Corp".

I blog, you blog, he blogs....

When you visit someone's blog, you are expecting to find original things that represent the creator of the blog. To me, a good blog contains articles about subjects you like but also photographs and, why not, videos.

A blog is a kind of mirror of your personality, it's very personal. It could be for friends or only for you as well. In fact, a blog is a place where you have the possibility to express yourself.

Indeed, you can update whetever you want, write on what interests you the most : your passion for cats or your taste for music...

Nevertheless, an interesting blog is a blog that changes quite often. When you have a blog, you have to post new articles about your feelings and your thoughts on a subject YOU like, because it's your webpage and that's what people are looking for. If you don't want yours friends to be bored, just update photographs, video, personal comments...

A good blog's a blog ALIVE!!
